By accessing or using WPWooDevs's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our website and services.

WPWooDevs provides WordPress development and related services, including but not limited to:

• Custom WordPress website development
• WooCommerce setup and customization
• WordPress theme development and customization
• Plugin development and integration
• Website maintenance and support
• WordPress optimization and security
• Website migration services
• SEO and digital marketing services

The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or service contracts.

Project Scope

All projects begin with a detailed scope of work document outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to the project scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Payment Terms

• Fixed Cost Projects: Typically require 20% upfront payment with the balance due upon project completion
• Hourly Projects: Billed weekly or monthly based on actual hours worked
• Dedicated Resources: Monthly retainer paid in advance
• All payments are due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge

Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by late client feedback, content provision, or scope changes may extend the delivery timeline. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely provision of content, images, and other materials
• Providing access to necessary accounts and platforms
• Timely feedback and approvals at project milestones
• Making payments according to agreed terms
• Maintaining backup of website data
• Ensuring legal ownership of all provided content and materials

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. This excludes third-party plugins, themes, and pre-existing code.

Third-Party Assets

Third-party themes, plugins, and tools remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licenses. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses.

Portfolio Rights

WPWooDevs reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Service Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on custom development work. During this period, we will fix bugs and issues related to our work at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover:

• Issues caused by client modifications or third-party interventions
• Problems resulting from server or hosting issues
• Incompatibilities caused by third-party plugin updates
• New feature requests or scope changes

Limitation of Liability

WPWooDevs's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Post-launch maintenance and support services are available under separate agreements. Support levels and response times vary based on the chosen maintenance plan.

Emergency support outside of agreed maintenance plans may be available at premium rates subject to availability.

By Client

Clients may terminate services with written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Upfront payments are non-refundable.

By WPWooDevs

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payment terms are not met
• Client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback
• Client engages in abusive or unprofessional behavior
• Project requirements violate laws or our policies

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or necessary to provide services.

Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methods, processes, or systems shared by WPWooDevs.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold WPWooDevs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Content or materials provided by the client
• Client's use of the delivered website or services
• Violation of these terms or applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, in accordance with Indian law.

WPWooDevs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Existing project contracts will remain governed by the terms agreed upon at the time of contract signing unless otherwise mutually agreed.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
